Is there possible to get a linux version of this useful toolkit?,

Hi Alex,
No, there isn't a linux version of the Model Evaluation Toolkit.
However, the underlying R scripts (.r files) should work on linux, so if you're willing to dig them out of the install you should be able to use them, without an interface of course. The files you need are DataInput.r, CommonFunctions.r, ModelEvaluation.r and ModelDiagnostics.r. The User Guide has some instructions on running the tools from a batch file.
